Pop-up Party Booking Policies + Information

There is a $200 minimum on ALL parties. This minimum includes two wood ornaments and all paint/supplies for up to 10 people or a single ornament for up to 20 people and two hours of pop-up time at a location within the treasure valley. A minimum deposit of $100 is required for all parties to secure their dates/times once negotiated. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the party.

  • Additional ornaments/supplies for participates above the minimum are $20 per person.

  • Additional hours above the standard two hour workshop start at $100 per hour.

  • Additional travel fees required for locations outside the treasure valley. These fees are TBD based on destination.

  • Pop-up parties are 2 hours long (unless otherwise negotiated). This includes 15 mins set up and break down time with 1.5 hours of paint time.

  • Each participate will choose 1-2 of our 28 wood ornament designs and receive a paint brush (to keep if they choose), up to 6 paint colors of their choice and bakers twine to hang their ornament(s) once finished.

  • Tables can be provided if not already available. Chairs are an additional fee as we have to rent them separate.

  • Table cloths and/or paper rolls for painting are provided.

  • If a suitable venue is not available our studio in Garden City is available to host up to 10-12 participants.

PAYMENT

As stated, a minimum deposit of $100 is required upfront before dates can be secured. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the party. If approved, invoices are sent via Quickbooks (email) asap. Any payments not made on time will result in the forfeit of your party date(s) and/or additional late fees if not paid on or by the day of the party ($2 per day until paid).

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel a Pop-up Paint Party please notify us immediately. If we are unable to negotiate a date to reschedule the following applies -

  • If notified more than a week (7 days) before the initial party date a full refund will be issued within 5 days (minimal banking time for refund to be transferred/deposited).

  • If notified within 7 days of the party date the deposit minus a $35 cancelation fee will be refunded.
